Horrible Instructions

This is not an app for beginners like it says. its not even a good app for experienced amateur foodies like me.

Blood temperature? Ribbon stage? The app throws out these terms with no follow up or explanation, glossing over huge sections of knowledge that you need to properly prepare the food.

Furthermore, the UI is a mess. Sometimes minimalization is not the best way to go. Its a jumbled mess with no clues on how to use it.

Stay away from this app until it figures out how to really do what it says that it does.
